Nordic Walking for beginners and professionals

Joy of movement, fun with sport, enjoyment of nature, tours with GPS: All that combines Nordic Walking in the ARBERLAND

Good for heart and circulation, relief for the musculoskeletal system and a clever choice in the fight against calories.

Nordic Walking has so many followers, because you can learn it fast. And in the broad forests of the ARBERLAND it is even easier. Especially the Nordic Walker that like to walk on normal hiking paths will appreciate the untouched forest of the national parks around the Große Rachel and Falkenstein. Who wants it less mountainous will find a less sweaty adventure of nature in the Bavarian Forest at the hiking paths next to the river around Regen and Zwiesel.

For athletically orientated Walker the region provides a rising number of walking tours, mostly called trails with good labelin g and many information boards with fitness tips much variety.

In this way the active- and health park Arber, around the Große Arber developed which has many things to offer for every sportsman.

Decorated with the official title of the German Skiing Federation (DSV) the active and health park Arber is the highest situated Nordic Walking Park in the Bavarian Forest and offers three trails for beginners and professionals.
